Add Ampalaya And Sauté For 5 Minutes.
Place ampalaya slices on a collander over a large bowl. Remove from heat, transfer in a serving dish and serve hot. Transfer to a serving plate.
Don’t Stir Until Ampalaya Is Fully Cooked.
Add ampalaya and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are tender and can be easily mashed. Crack the eggs in a bowl and then whisk them well.
